We were a little far from the french quarter, but thank goodness! It was just a short train ride away. The train was right outside so travel was so easy. I am not sure about him but if he wasn't their it would have been better. We didnt get to see a show, but we went in for a snack and drinks and their was something wrong with the bartender. The downstairs bar was the only disappointment.
Open to view some of new orleons comfortable sitting area and frozen hurricane drinks! The french 75 was delicious. The upstairs bar Tin roof was a surprise. They dont have room service but you can put your bill on your room. The girls were very attentive and accommodating. The hotel itself was a treasure, so unique and fun. I loved this place! The building is beautiful and the rooms were very very cool! The front desk guys were awesome!! They told us some fun history about the hotel and helped with directions. He even sent us a fruit and dessert tray later that evening to apologize for the inconvenience! Such a great stay! I will definitely look to book a room here again in the future!
The maintenance man, Daniel was SO nice that we couldn't be mad at him. The second room we were moved too also was having issues with the water not getting hot.
Even though it was an inconvenience to have to pack and move our belongings, we were happy they accommodated us. After three attempts, he determined we needed to move to another room. On our second night's stay we had an issue with the water not getting hot. We felt perfectly safe walking to and from the concert. My sister and I stayed here so we could walk to the Beyonce concert. I enjoyed my last stay so much that I made it a point to stay there again this time! It is located in the PERFECT location to the Superdome. This wasn't my first time staying on this property.
